Job description

Global pharmaceutical company is looking to fill an important role within their “in house” Insurance & Risk Team.

The appointee will work closely with the Global Head of Insurance & Risk Management, with an emphasis on key targets and activities.

The focus is on ensuring the key activities of the global function are managed in an effective, accurate and timely manner, with the aim of improving business processes, using effective data collection and analysis strategies. There will be personal responsibility for :

  • Manage invoice cycles
  • Manage Annual Project planner
  • Devise / develop communication protocols
  • Monitor continuous improvement of standard operating procedures
  • Be a key contact point for all global and UK / Ie insurance and risk related matters
Required Education & Experience
  • Educated to Bachelor’s degree level or role related experience is required
  • Experience of working in an in-house corporate insurance function and within a global and regulated environment
  • Good general commercial insurance knowledge Insurance qualifications preferred (not compulsory)
  • Strong knowledge of pharma sector (not compulsory)
  • Business proficiency in European languages (not compulsory)
