Job summary

Bionic seeks an Insurance Quality Lead to elevate sales performance, quality and compliance across the broking team. You will uplift broker capability, deliver coaching cycles, and ensure regulatory and governance standards are met.

This role balances technical depth with a coaching mindset to improve conversion, retention and outcomes. Based in London on the busy Liverpool Street floor, with access to Bionic's apprenticeship and CII development programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in broker distribution, sales coaching, QA / Compliance.
• Strong understanding of Commercial SME Insurance and broker processes in tele sales.
• Progress towards relevant qualifications such as CII is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop broker capability and coaching.
• Run monthly coaching cycles and provide structured feedback.
• Design and deliver learning on objection handling and customer outcomes.
• Ensure compliance through diagnostics and governance with sales leadership.
