Velonetic, a joint venture involving DXC Technology, IUA and Lloyd’s, is seeking an Insurance Premium Technician in the UK. The role focuses on technical checks of insurance documents, data entry, and liaising with clients to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

Full training and ongoing development are provided. Permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with a supportive team, room for growth in the insurance domain, and an emphasis on quality and service levels.

Qualifications

• Strong numeracy, verbal and literacy skills.
• Proficient with Outlook and MS Office.
• High accuracy with attention to detail.
• Good organisational and time management.

Responsabilités

• Perform technical checks on insurance documentation and identify discrepancies.
• Use IT systems to support processing with supervision or referral where applicable.
• Liaise with customers and brokers to resolve queries and issues related to the work.
• Input data into databases to initiate settlements and processing updates.
• Maintain accurate reporting and meet service levels for quality and turnaround times.
