Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Available to work June 14–August 20, 2027.
• Strong attention to detail and service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support Insurance Operations with processing of client requests and access provisioning.
• Maintain client entitlement, transaction and delivery records for audit and data integrity.
• Assist with monitoring work queues, sales orders and delivery requests to meet timelines.
• Respond to stakeholder queries on product access and user management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Service, Finance, Product, Technology and Risk teams.
• Analyze operational reports to identify quality issues and trends.
• Document processes and support automation projects to simplify activities.
• Use reporting and AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency and decision making.
