Clark James Insurance Recruitment is seeking an Insurance New Business Developer in London/home-based hybrid role. You will drive new insurance business with a negotiable £50k–£60k base plus uncapped commission, with an OTE well into six figures for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will manage a book in General Insurance, Commercial Insurance or PMI/Employee Benefits, using warm leads, self-generation and strong networking to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in new business development in Insurance.
• Strong sales ability with excellent communication and networking skills.
• Knowledge of General Insurance, Commercial Insurance or PMI/Employee Benefits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop a book of insurance business using warm leads and self-generated opportunities.
• Leverage networking and contacts to maximise revenue for the department.
• Deliver excellent client service and build long-term relationships with clients.
