Job summary

NFU Mutual offers a 3‑year Insurance Graduate Scheme based in Stratford-upon-Avon with hybrid working options. You will gain hands‑on experience across Customer Services and strategic projects, building insurance knowledge and pursuing CII qualifications.

The program includes rotations through Planning, Underwriting, Claims, and more, supported by mentors and a graduate network. You'll develop core skills, data analytics, and change management, with structured reviews and potential salary

Qualifications

• Achieved or on track for at least a 2:2 degree.
• Curious, motivated and keen to learn.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Customer Services teams and learn how frontline and strategy units operate.
• Develop core insurance knowledge and learn to make informed decisions.
• Engage in cross‑functional projects across underwriting, claims and data.
