Responsibilities

• Lead the development of budgets and forecasts across the business.
• Meet with external underwriters for strategic business planning.
• Oversee treasury operations ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Prepare management accounts for group reporting.
• Drive process improvements and collaborate with the finance team.
• Support junior staff and step in for the Senior Finance Manager.
