Chadwick Nott seeks an Insurance Disputes Solicitor in Exeter to join a leading Top 100 law firm’s Insurance Disputes team. The role targets an Associate with about 1-4 PQE handling domestic and international insurance disputes, with strong progression opportunities.

The successful candidate will manage litigation, arbitration and ADR, support on insurance coverage, liability claims and PI work, and play a role in client relationships within a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with strong litigation experience (1-4 PQE).
• Experience in insurance disputes and/or personal injury matters is desirable.
• Excellent technical ability with confidence to manage files independently.
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
• Commercial awareness, enthusiasm and a proactive mindset.
• Solid academic background.

A leading Top 100 law firm with a strong presence and outstanding reputation in Exeter is looking to recruit an Associate (c.1-4 PQE) to join their Insurance Disputes team.

As part of a highly regarded litigation practice, you will work on a broad mix of domestic and international insurance disputes, joining a thriving well established team with excellent partner support and clear progression opportunities.
