Overview

Client Manager - Financial Institutions/Financial Services

Do you have a strategic approach when dealing with clients? Are you interested in working with some of the UK's largest Financial Institutions? Aon has a Client Manager role in its London-based Financial Services team as day to day liaison with Financial Services clients.

This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work virtually and from our flagship London office.

Responsibilities
  • Delivery of business results against financial and operational metrics, meeting new, retention, and rollover targets, and seeking opportunities across other solution lines to increase Aon penetration. Use standard methodology to scale better outcomes for clients and actively shares within the business.
  • Constant development of Aon IQ through formal training and knowledge sharing, participation in Client Planning, maintaining understanding of all Aon services, and ensuring clients understand the full value delivered.
  • Delivery of the Aon Client Methodology consistently for each client or in collaboration with the ECG. Apply Aon standards, including bringing all key collaborators at Aon and the client together for deep strategy and execution of commitments and plans (e.g., AAV - pricing and value; rollover).
  • Communicates effectively and provides/receives feedback to continually elevate team success. Act on feedback to ensure remediation plans are delivered when needed.

You will support the FSG Leadership team to build and deliver on core priorities such as growth lever plans, DAU delivery, governance, best practice client service delivery, and market/broking engagement.
