A leading insurance brokerage is seeking an Insurance Account Handler in Swansea. This role involves supporting a designated client portfolio with excellent customer service and sales skills. Joining us as an Insurance Account Handler means you\'ll have the benefit of working Monday to Friday (no weekends here!) earn a basic salary relative to your experience as well as a generous bonus structure. Every day you will be supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact, building strong relationships, and supporting them with queries as they arise. This role is perfect for you if you love customer service or sales as relationship-building with our clients will be the key to your success.
What are we looking for in our Account Handlers?
Some experience of the Insurance Industry is desirable for this role, but if not experience within an office environment, financial services, legal, sales and/or retail banking would be essential.
