Qualifications

  • A Levels (or equivalent) and willingness to work towards further qualifications.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Strong IT literacy, especially in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage workloads to tight timescales and build strong working relationships.
  • A customer-focused approach, with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating insurance claims handling, liaising with internal colleagues and external insurers.
  • Supporting the production of compliance reports for the Executive Team, Audit & Risk Committee, and Board.
  • Assisting in preparing risk and insurance reports and maintaining accurate risk register.
  • Supporting internal audit coordination, business continuity planning, and data integrity.
  • Administering customer satisfaction surveys and supporting project tasks as needed.
