The Insurance Team is a vital function within Ocado's LBI that secures and manages the company's full insurance liability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact, skilfully handling all email and telephone enquiries while professionally navigating and resolving customer queries and complaints.
  • Conduct thorough, proactive initial inquiries, meticulously gathering essential information from all sources (customers, witnesses, third parties) to support rapid, accurate claim assessment, and liability determination.
  • Maintain an unwavering commitment to efficient, professional claims handling, ensuring all stakeholders are consistently informed and expectations are managed throughout the process.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in claims, with demonstrable experience managing a high-volume caseload is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with both litigated and non-litigated work is preferred but not required.
  • Strong ability to investigate, interpret evidence, and support liability assessments.
  • Knowledge of case management systems.
