Facilitate workshops to uncover needs, map processes, and identify improvement points.
Challenge thinking to establish clarity and influence direction.
Translate strategy into clear requirements and user stories with Architecture/Design teams.
Collaborate across One Delivery to design robust business solutions and processes.
Provide data and insights to support business cases and recommendations.
Support delivery from ideation to deployment and assist with change readiness and adoption.
Measure benefits and continuously improve outcomes.
Champion efficient business analysis and ways of working.
