Job summary

Naturesave Insurance, part of Benefact Group, is seeking an Insurance Broker in Totnes to drive commercial insurance sales and deliver expert advice.

You will build relationships with existing and new clients, conduct reviews, manage underwriting, and support the business strategy. Remote is considered, but travel to Totnes monthly required.

This permanent full-time role offers a competitive salary from £35,000 with bonus potential and hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the Commercial Insurance Industry.
• Confident and capable of building rapport over the telephone to provide an excellent client experience.
• Proactive and innovative approach to team development, helping to drive service excellence, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
• Able to work within a regulated and compliant environment while maintaining focus on client outcomes.
• Highly organized and adaptable, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Secure new business opportunities and retain existing clients to meet service KPIs.
• Maintain and enhance technical knowledge of products, market trends, and underwriting criteria.
• Generate new business opportunities and ensure high workflow standards.
• Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to identify customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Manage underwriting and claims activities within authorised limits and communicate effectively with clients.

We are looking for an Insurance Broker to join Naturesave in our Totnes office. Competitive salary, excellent benefits, hybrid working and bonus opportunities.

Salary: Starting from £35,000.00 (depending on experience) plus bonus potential

Working hours: 35 hours per week

About the role

Naturesave Insurance, who are proudly part of Benefact Group, are looking for a Insurance Broker to join our Totnes office.

An exciting opportunity to join the growing team at Naturesave, an award winning Insurance Broker, with over 30 years’ experience in providing ethical and sustainable personal and commercial insurance.

As an Insurance Broker, you will deliver commercial insurance sales income targets through effective sales and relationship management techniques. You will provide expert advice, conduct thorough client review meetings with both existing and new commercial insurance clients to maximise business opportunities and support the overall business strategy.

Please note that whilst we are happy to consider this being a remote role, travel to our Totnes office will be required at least once a month. Further details can be discussed at interview stage.
