What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing a portfolio of commercial clients across a range of industries
  • Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, and policy queries
  • Preparing and issuing policy documentation accurately and on time
  • Liaising with insurers to negotiate terms and secure competitive premiums
  • Supporting Account Executives on new business and retention
  • Providing excellent service and building strong client relationships
What They're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a Commercial Insurance role (broker or insurer side)
  • Good knowledge of products such as property, liability, fleet, and combined covers
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Experience using Acturis is beneficial but not essential
  • Cert CII qualified or working towards (desirable)
