Salary : £35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus (based on new business)

Hybrid working : 2 days WFH, 3 days in office

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Account Handler to join a busy insurance brokerage in Manchester. As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, handling premiums from £100 to £1m+, and delivering exceptional service in a sector that is constantly evolving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management : Act as the first point of contact for clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
  • Policy Administration : Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business quotations with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Claims Support : Assist clients with claims, liaising with insurers to ensure smooth resolution.
  • Compliance & Documentation : Ensure all client records, policy documents, and communications meet regulatory standards.
  • Cross-Selling & Upselling : Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services to existing clients.
