A leading global consultancy based in Glasgow is looking for a Senior Consultant to deliver client-facing advisory engagements across multiple areas. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and experience in regulatory change, risk management, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure. About the Role

Our Insurance and Asset & Wealth Management (I&AWM) practice works with leading insurers and asset managers to help them navigate a complex and evolving business environment. We bring expertise across regulatory advisory, risk and control advisory, sustainability advisory and internal audit to help our clients manage risk, meet stakeholder expectations and deliver sustainable growth.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver client‑facing advisory engagements across the four core competency areas.
  • Support the management of workstreams ensuring delivery to scope, budget and timeline.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Apply problem‑solving skills to design practical commercially viable solutions.
  • Contribute to business development activities including proposals and bids.
  • Support coach and develop junior team members.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry developments, emerging risks and regulatory change.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Experience in regulatory change, risk management, governance, internal controls, financial reporting controls, sustainability/ESG advisory, internal audit.
