Qualifications

• Must have insurance experience or a proven sales background.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident speaking with customers and identifying their needs.

Responsibilities

• Advising customers on home, motor and personal insurance products.
• Understanding each customer's circumstances and recommending the most appropriate cover.
• Building trusted relationships through outstanding customer service.
• Cross-selling and up-selling additional insurance products where appropriate.
• Managing enquiries from quotation through to policy completion.
• Working towards individual and team sales targets.
• Developing your knowledge through structured training and professional insurance qualifications.
