Responsibilities
  • Dealing with either inbound or outbound customer calls, understanding the customer's needs, and providing insurance solutions that are best suited to their requirements.
  • Ensuring calls are answered in a timely, professional manner, delivering an exceptional customer experience and adhering to business standards at all times.
  • Processing correspondence, renewals activity, and new business quotations.
  • Ensuring that all workflow activity is completed in accordance with approved business processes.
  • Complying with all approved procedures, customer service standards, and external regulatory bodies.
  • Achieving and maintaining the required competencies for the role.
  • Ensuring that any customer complaints are identified and handled strictly within the company's complaints procedure; engaging personal communication style.
Qualifications
  • Positive attitude, resilient, adaptive, receptive, and articulate.
  • Previous experience in sales or service. Preference for individuals with a background in public-facing industries such as insurance, retail, and hospitality.
