Howden is seeking an Insurance New Business Advisor to join the Consumer & Local Commercial team in Chelmsford. You will drive new business growth, engage with clients to understand their requirements, and tailor insurance solutions.

The role offers on-site training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to gain industry qualifications. The successful candidate will have a proven sales track record, a proactive mindset, and excellent relationship-building skills.
