  • Location: Hastings
  • Salary: £27,000 up to £29,000 upon successful completion of probation
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicating with providers and clients via telephone, email and letter
  • Obtaining quotations, extracting data and reviewing policy information
  • Preparing paperwork and documentation for client meetings
  • Ensuring internal policies, procedures and compliance standards are maintained
  • Handling client queries and assisting with claims
  • Managing incoming data and ensuring accurate processing
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities

  • Experience working in a busy office environment
