Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in the United Kingdom is seeking an Instrumentation Engineer to join a specialist technical team. The role covers assembly, testing, maintenance and deployment of instrumentation systems used across advanced testing facilities.

You will be working in a hands-on engineering environment, maintaining documentation and supporting data acquisition systems and test facilities as part of a collaborative engineering team.

Qualifications

• Electronics/Instrumentation background required.
• Experience with fault finding, testing and repair.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Hands-on engineering environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Assembly and testing of instrumentation systems, sensors and cables
• Fault finding, repair and maintenance activities
• Installation and commissioning of instrumentation equipment
• Supporting data acquisition systems and test facilities
• Working closely with engineering and technical teams
• Maintaining accurate technical documentation and records
• Supporting planned and reactive maintenance activities
