Job summary

A security training company in Birmingham is looking for qualified S.I.A instructors to deliver various training courses, including conflict management and door supervision. Job description

Sprint Security Training & Development are recruiting qualified S.I.A instructors to deliver the following courses:

Courses We Deliver

• Highfield Level 2 Award for Door Supervisors in the Private Security Industry
• Highfield Level 2 Award in Conflict Management (RQF)
• Highfield Level 2 Award in Front of Stage Pit Barrier Operations (RQF)

SSTD also delivers courses in the workplace, so if you are prepared to travel you could be a great asset to the company.

Qualifications Required

• Level 3 Award in the Delivery of Conflict Management Training (RQF)
• Level 3 Award in the Delivery of Physical Intervention Training (RQF)
• Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF) (min or equivalent)

We are also recruiting Physical Intervention Instructors for our training venues at The Mansion House, Wrest Park, Bedfordshire and, if required, at one or both of our training venues in Canary Wharf & Northamptonshire.

The objective of the qualification is to: Support a role within the workplace, especially those that have a customer‑facing role and deal with service users and/or the public and Provide learners personal growth and engagement in learning and development.

Holding a full UK driving licence could be useful; if not travel will be provided.
