Job summary

ITAC Solutions, LLC in Birmingham, United Kingdom, seeks an AV technician to lead technical support for audiovisual systems across training, meeting, and collaboration spaces in a hospital environment. You will install, configure, and maintain projectors, displays, microphones, and control panels, ensuring reliable uptime.

You will support live and hybrid events using Zoom, Webex, and Teams, design and implement upgrades with IT and facilities teams, and mentor junior staff while upholding high

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Electronics, Audio Engineering, IT, or related field; Bachelor's preferred.
  • Expertise with Crestron, AV-over-IP (e.g., DM NVX), and enterprise AV systems.
  • Strong knowledge of signal flow, control systems, and TCP/IP networking for AV.
  • Ability to interpret AV system drawings and technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with lecture capture systems, digital whiteboards, and remote monitoring tools.
  • CTS or related AV certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical support for audiovisual systems in training, meeting, and collaboration spaces.
