Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, creative, and forward-thinking learning professional to design and develop training curricula and content.

Do you have a successful track record employing Instructional Design methodologies to create engaging eLearning programs? Have you been responsible for designing corporate sales and/or software product training? Are you proficient with Articulate and other eLearning tools used for content development? Do you possess strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment? Are you a team player with excellent communication skills?

• BS or MA degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
• Experience in Instructional Design
• Experience with corporate sales and/or software product training or similar industry is preferable
• Advanced knowledge of multimedia authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise
  Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design, and learning management systems
