Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking an Installations Supervisor for Composite Building Products to oversee site activities across multiple projects using GRP Composite and aluminium products.

You will supervise installation teams, coordinate subcontractors, manage labour and equipment, and plan programmes to keep projects on schedule with strict RAMS and safety adherence.

Qualifications

• Must have site supervisory experience within construction.
• Experience with RAMS, permits, toolbox talks and risk assessments.
• Working at Height / Harness & Lanyard training.
• Strong ability to read technical drawings.
• Ideally First Aid trained.
• Project led with an ability to think laterally.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation and site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors and subcontractors, managing labour, equipment and resources across projects.
• Plan and monitor installation programmes, ensuring projects remain on schedule and any issues are quickly resolved.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures, including RAMS, site regulations and company standards.
• Liaise with clients and project teams, providing progress updates, resolving site issues and supporting the successful delivery of projects.

The role of the Installations Supervisor – Composite Building Products will involve:

• Installations Supervisor role working on a range of projects utilizing a high quality range of GRP Composite and aluminium building products
• Supervise installation and site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors and subcontractors, managing labour, equipment and resources across projects
• Plan and monitor installation programmes, ensuring projects remain on schedule and any issues are quickly resolved
• Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures, including RAMS, site regulations and company standards
• Liaise with clients and project teams, providing progress updates, resolving site issues and supporting the successful delivery of projects
• Typical project would include: infrastructure, developments, high rise office space, residential high rise or block of flats / apartments

The ideal applicant will be a Installations Supervisor – Composite Building Products with:

• Must have site supervisory experience within construction
• Ideally have experience working across large scale projects
• Experience with RAMS, permits, toolbox talks and risk assessments
• Working at Height / Harness & Lanyard training
• Strong ability to read technical drawings
• Ideally be First Aid trained
