Job summary

Chase Taylor Recruitment Ltd is seeking a capable Installation Manager to oversee the planning and coordination of people and resources for domestic double glazing installations in the Birmingham area.

You will lead the Installation function, advise fitting teams, ensure projects meet timescales and health & safety guidelines, and apply your Upvc fitting knowledge in a professional, team-focused environment with in-house cross-functional support.

Qualifications

• Good technical understanding of Upvc fitting procedures and products.
• Professional, friendly management approach to people management and development.
• Experience leading installation teams and coordinating projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and co-ordinate people and resources for domestic double glazing installations in Birmingham.
• Lead the Installation function and provide advice/direction to fitting teams.
• Ensure projects are planned and executed on time, in line with timescales and health & safety guidelines.
• Leverage in-house cross-functional operations and maintain thorough records with customer approvals.

To manage the planning and co-ordination of people and resources in the delivery of domestic double glazing installations across the Birmingham area.

Working for a trusted and highly-regarded family run business who go that extra mile for their customers, you will lead the Installation function and be on hand to provide advice and direction to your fitting teams. You will ensure that each and every project is planned and executed correctly, in line with project timescales and in accordance with fitting and health & safety guidelines.

You should have a good technical understanding of Upvc fitting procedures and products and have a professional, friendly approach to people management and development.

This is a great business where most of their work comes in via repeat business and recommendations and they take pride in the work and service they provide. They also fabricate their own products so you will benefit from in-house cross fuctional operations and the person should be a real team player who can lead from the front. They should be relatively computer literate as orders are administered using bespoke software and be thorough when it comes to recording information and getting customer approvals.
