Job Overview:

We are seeking an Installation Engineer to join a well-established company specializing in garage equipment installation. This role involves installing and commissioning a variety of garage equipment, including vehicle lifts, brake testers, and emissions testing systems, at customer sites across London.

This is a field-based role, working from home and covering a local area within London, ensuring minimal travel time. No stay-away is required, and the company values a strong work-life balance. Overtime is available but entirely voluntary, and all travel time is paid.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and commissioning of garage equipment at customer sites
• Testing and fault-finding to ensure proper equipment functionality
• Providing technical support and guidance to customers during installation
• Ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Technical/engineering experience in a similar role
• Experience in maintenance, fault finding, and repair
• Strong communication skills with a good standard of written and spoken English
• Full UK driving license

Hours of Work:

• Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (40 hours per week)
