Installation Engineer

As an Installation Engineer in the Intruder / Security Alarms / CCTV / Access Control sector, your role involves full responsibility for the professional installation across a wide variety of construction sites both domestic and commercial properties in and around London.

Job Responsibilities

The competent and to regulation, professional delivery of integrated electronic security systems.

Working on Multiple long-term projects giving a varied and interesting mix of disciplines.

Reporting to project management daily and in a professional manner.

Managing equipment requirements for projects.

Dealing with clients face to face in a professional manner.

Working hours 8am – 5pm.

Knowledge / Experience required

• Detailed knowledge of the principles of installing security systems, CCTV, Access Control, British Standards
• Excellent customer facing skills.
• Able to work openly and co-operatively with others.
• Experience of managing multiple simultaneous activities
• Trained or fire alarm experience.

General

• Experience within the construction industry, or / and Fire & Security systems.
• Possess a clear record with zero criminal convictions of any kind and meet with the requirements to pass a CRB / DBS check and the full screening process required in the security industry.

The role will suit individuals currently working as Field Installation Engineer, Intruder Alarm Engineer, Fire Alarm Engineer, Security Alarm Service Engineer and be living within a commutable distance of London, Hertfordshire, Essex or be willing to relocate.
