Salary: 50,000- 60,000 DOE

Overview

We are seeking a hands‑on, practical Install Manager to oversee truly unique engineered timber projects across London. This is a key role for someone with strong technical knowledge, particularly in carpentry, who can lead teams on‑site and ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day‑to‑day site operations for engineered timber projects
• Coordinate and lead small to medium construction teams, ensuring safety and quality standards are met
• Practical problem‑solving and hands‑on involvement in installations as needed
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are maintained
• Manage site documentation, reporting, and IT systems relevant to project delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience in site management within the timber frame or engineered timber sectors
• Strong carpentry or practical construction skills
• Ability to supervise teams and manage multiple tasks on‑site
• Good organisational and IT/documentation skills
• CPCS AP ticket advantageous
• Flexible approach to travel across London projects
