NETA is an employer-led vocational training provider delivering high-quality engineering and welding training across Tees Valley. We are seeking an Hourly Paid Welding Lecturer to share industry expertise, deliver practical and classroom-based learning, and support learners in achieving successful career outcomes.

You will teach welding theory and practicals, monitor progress, and help maintain a safe, inclusive workshop environment while contributing to curriculum development and quality

Qualifications

• Qualification in welding, fabrication, engineering or related discipline.
• Industrial experience in welding or engineering sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to mentor learners and deliver engaging teaching.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical and theory welding lessons to learners.
• Assess learner performance and provide feedback.
• Maintain accurate learner records and ensure workshop safety.
• Contribute to curriculum development and improvements.
