Job summary

Charters School is seeking a dedicated Teacher of Textiles to join us in January 2027 to cover a maternity leave.

The appointee may teach at least one other Design Technology area at KS3 and will support our aim of high-quality learning. ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome to apply, with a commitment to safeguarding and positive student outcomes in a thriving 11-18 comprehensive school.

Qualifications

• Experience or ability to teach Textiles to KS3 & KS4.
• Desirable to teach at least one other DT subject at KS3 (Food Tech, Graphic Products or Resistant materials).
• ECTs and more experienced teachers are welcome to apply.
