Job summary

Pontville School, part of the Witherslack Group, is an independent specialist day school in Ormskirk, educating pupils aged 5 to 19 with an EHCP. As a Teaching Assistant you will support learning, help pupils develop abilities and raise their self-esteem.

You’ll work with teachers and therapists to ensure progress and celebrate every achievement, big or small, along a rewarding teaching journey.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a classroom preferred; training provided if not.
• Support children and young people with SEMH/ASD needs as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities
