Job summary

Pluckley C of E Primary School is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join a collaborative team within TKAT. You will support engaging teaching, work one-to-one and in small groups, and help develop resources alongside teachers. Salary NJC 2 SP 3 FTE £24,796 (Estimated Actuals £18,333).

You’ll be part of a supportive environment offering progression into teaching via the TKAT SCITT programme and a strong commitment to work-life balance.
