Job summary

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience working with children with SEND in a primary setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to meet the needs of pupils with SEND.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists and SENCOs.
• Track and report on pupil progress using EHCP targets and personalised learning plans.
• Contribute to a whole-school ethos that puts pupils' wellbeing first.
