Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
• Experience in SEN settings essential.
• Strong SEN knowledge and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent behaviour management and relationship-building skills.
• Patience, resilience, and passion for supporting vulnerable learners.
• Able to work full-time and commit to ongoing placements.

Responsabilités

• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
• Support pupils with SEND including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other needs.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment.
• Collaborate with support staff, SENCOs, parents, and external agencies.
• Monitor progress and adapt teaching to EHCP outcomes.
• Promote confidence, independence, and personal development.
