Job summary

Shaw Education Trust is seeking a dedicated teacher to join our special schools network supporting pupils with severe learning difficulties and ASD. You will contribute to personalised learning, work within a multidisciplinary team and promote strong pupil progress in a nurturing environment.

We welcome QTS holders, Early Career Teachers and motivated, experienced unqualified applicants with a passion for SEND education. This role is based on-site across our Derby sites.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teachers with QTS
• Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
• Unqualified teachers with relevant experience, passion and commitment to SEND education

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, inclusive and personalised learning experiences for pupils with learning difficulties and additional needs.
• Contribute to a multidisciplinary team to support pupil progress and development.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment that promotes high expectations and wellbeing.
