New Forest Care seeks a creative practitioner to support SEN students in Year 7 to 11, delivering engaging science lessons and fostering curiosity in Biology, Chemistry and Physics. You will work in a collaborative team to spark interest and build confidence, with a focus on inclusive education and safeguarding.

The successful candidate will plan lessons aligned to the national curriculum, be adaptable, and demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills to support students

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent required and proven teaching experience.
• Desire to work in an SEN setting.
• Flexible and adaptable with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons whilst following the national curriculum.
• Be approachable and supportive for students with special educational needs.
• Intervene constructively to support behaviour and engage pupils while building relationships.
