Job summary

Prospero Teaching is recruiting for a Secondary Teacher in Darlington. You will deliver engaging lessons to students aged 11-19 across KS3, KS4 and KS5, with planning and differentiation as required.

The role involves creating an inclusive classroom, monitoring progress and providing feedback in line with school policies. QTS/QTLS or equivalent is required and right to work in the UK must be held.

Qualifications

• Previous experience teaching in a secondary school setting is essential.
• Strong subject knowledge and ability to deliver engaging lessons.

Responsibilities

• Teach students aged 11-19 across KS3, KS4 and KS5, depending on subject.
• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
• Create an inclusive learning environment to support student achievement.
• Monitor progress, provide feedback and set targets.
• Maintain Behaviour for Learning in line with school policies.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents and external agencies.
