Job summary

Milk Education is partnering with a forward-thinking secondary school in Mansfield to recruit a talented ICT Teacher for a full-time role starting in September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to join a welcoming department that values innovation, creativity, and high-quality teaching.

You'll have the chance to deliver engaging ICT and Computer Science lessons while helping students build the digital knowledge and practical skills they'll use throughout their education and future careers.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching ICT and/or Computer Science in a secondary school setting.
• Excellent classroom management and ability to build positive relationships.
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for digital technology.
• Ability to inspire, challenge and engage young people.
• Enhanced DBS updated or willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ICT and Computer Science lessons to KS3 and KS4.
• Differentiate learning to access the curriculum for all abilities.
• Assess pupil progress and provide feedback.
• Contribute to a supportive department and wider school life.
• Attend parents' evenings and departmental meetings.
