Job summary

Supply Desk is seeking a dedicated Secondary School Business Teacher to join a forward-thinking department in Hemel Hempstead. You will teach KS4 and KS5 Business Studies, delivering lessons that build commercial awareness, entrepreneurial thinking, and real-world business understanding.

The role welcomes experienced teachers and ECTs, with a salary range of £34,000–£56,000+. A supportive school environment, safeguarding training, and ongoing CPD are provided.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Teaching qualification preferred (QTS).
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach KS4 and KS5 Business Studies with engaging lessons on entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, and operations.
• Support student achievement through assessments, feedback, and tailored academic guidance.
• Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and real-world application of business knowledge.
