Job summary

Aspire People Limited are partnering with a well-regarded secondary school to recruit a talented Science Teacher who can inspire students and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4.

The ideal candidate will hold QTS or equivalent, have strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry, Physics or Combined Science, and demonstrate excellent classroom management and communication skills to raise attainment and foster a love of science.

Qualifications

• Must hold QTS or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Science in a secondary school setting.
• Strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry, Physics or Combined Science.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Committed to raising student achievement and inspiring a passion for science.

Responsibilities

• Teach Science across KS3 and KS4, with possible KS5 teaching.
• Plan and deliver creative, engaging and differentiated lessons.
• Monitor, assess and report on student progress.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop the Science department.
