Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 with the same subject.
• Desirable: KS5 teaching experience.
• Demonstrate passion for education and high-quality teaching.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across KS3-KS4.
• Teach your specialist subject across KS3 and KS4.
• Deliver KS5 lessons where appropriate.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to support achievement.
• Create a positive, inclusive and purposeful classroom environment.
• Contribute to enrichment activities and departmental initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
