Aspire People Limited is seeking a passionate Maths Teacher to join a forward-thinking secondary school in South West London. This role focuses on delivering Maths to KS3 and KS4 students, driving confidence and achievement in the subject.

The successful candidate will plan engaging lessons, differentiate instruction, and contribute to department enrichment and progression initiatives within a supportive school environment.

Qualifications

• QTS or relevant teaching qualification.
• Degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
• Experience teaching Maths at KS3 & KS4.
• Strong classroom management and a commitment to raising achievement.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Inspire students to engage with mathematical concepts and problem-solving.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of a diverse range of learners.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing clear and constructive feedback.
• Contribute to the Maths department's enrichment activities and revision programmes.
