Job summary

Veritas Education is working in partnership with a thriving secondary school in the Bradford area to recruit a motivated and dedicated Maths Teacher for a full-time, long-term position starting from October Half Term 2026. This role offers the chance to influence student attainment across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 desirable for the right candidate.

The successful applicant will deliver engaging maths lessons, plan and assess under the national curriculum, and differentiate learning to support all

Qualifications

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Has experience teaching Mathematics within a secondary school setting.
ECTs are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable).
Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Differentiate learning to support students of all abilities.
Monitor, assess, and track student progress.
Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
Support students in developing confidence and problem-solving skills.
Contribute to departmental planning and school-wide initiatives.
Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
