Zusammenfassung

Explore Learning is seeking on-site tutors to support children aged 4–16 across the national curriculum, including 11+ and GCSE content. You’ll deliver tailored sessions using Compass, foster confidence and a love of learning, and build lasting relationships with members and families.

You’ll work a minimum of 6 hours per week across multiple weekdays, with base hourly rates by age: Under 18 £8.40, 18–20 £10.90, 21+ £12.75, plus a £0.50 uplift for centres inside the M25. Safeguarding is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading small-group sessions (1:6) across primary/secondary levels.
• Ability to support learners through the national curriculum, including 11+ and GCSE content.
• Commitment to building meaningful, long-term relationships and safeguarding of children.
