Elmtree School is seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to provide maternity cover, supporting pupils in the classroom, including those with special educational needs, 1:1 where needed. The role involves collaboration with teachers and external professionals to plan and deliver targeted programmes.

The successful candidate will be an excellent role model, committed to inclusion, and enthusiastic about developing practice with a supportive school community and CPD opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learning, including pupils with special educational needs.
• Ability to work 1:1 with pupils and collaborate with teachers.

Responsibilities

• Provide maternity-cover learning support in classrooms.
