Job summary

Teaching Personnel are partnering with a welcoming mainstream secondary school in Rawtenstall, Lancashire, to recruit a dedicated Teacher of ICT & Computer Science for a full-time post starting January 2027.

The role covers KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging lessons, planning and assessment, and contributing to the wider life of the school and department. Applications are welcome from experienced teachers and ECTs who share a passion for technology and student achievement.

Qualifications

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching ICT and/or Computer Science within a secondary school setting.

• Is committed to raising standards and promoting student achievement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality ICT and CS lessons.
