• Plan and teach a curriculum that inspires, challenges and supports all learners
• Create a positive, inclusive and ambitious learning environment where every child feels safe, valued and motivated to achieve their best
• Contribute to the wider life of the academy, promoting our ethos of ambition, collaboration and community
• Monitor progress and provide effective feedback to enable all learners to succeed
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers to enhance student outcomes
