Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching for all children in the class
• Support pupils with SEND, EAL, more able learners and those eligible for Pupil Premium
• Receive coaching and mentoring from senior leaders to improve practice
• Contribute to a broad, diverse and engaging curriculum underpinning learning
